Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of transportation services, Yalla Bena does not provide direct refunds for fares after the completion of a ride, except in special cases assessed by the support team.
Partial or full compensation may be offered in the following situations:
A technical error that resulted in an incorrect fare calculation
A verified issue related to the driver
Ride cancellation by the driver after payment has been collected
All requests are handled individually and transparently in accordance with our quality policy.
